OFFICIAL RULES

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.  A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

SWEEPSTAKES DESCRIPTION:   The Feastables Beast Games Sweepstakes (the “ Sweepstakes ”) begins o n begins on March 17, 2025 at 12:00 a.m. Central  Time (“ C T ”) and ends on April 27, 2025 at 11:59 p.m. C T (the “ Sweepstakes Period ”).  

The Sweepstakes Period will be broken into six (6) individual weekly entry periods (each, a “ Weekly Entry Period ”).  The Weekly Entry Periods will take place according to the following schedule:

*Non-winning entries WILL NOT roll over to subsequent Weekly Entry Period drawings, if any.

Entry in the Sweepstakes does not constitute entry into any other promotion, contest or sweepstakes.  By participating in the Sweepstakes, each entrant unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with, be legally bound by, and abide to by these Official Rules and the decisions of Feastables, Inc., 167 N Green Street, Chicago, IL  60607  (“ Sponsor ”), which shall be final and binding in all respects.

ELIGIBILITY:   To enter the Sweepstakes, you must: 1) be a citizen or legal permanent resident of the United States residing in one (1) of the fifty (50) United States, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico or the U.S. Territories and Possessions   and able to legally travel and re-enter the United States from any foreign country or a permanent resident, green card holder, or have a work visa (e.g., HB-1, O1); 2) be at least eighteen (18) years of age and the age of majority in their state of primary residence (19 in the states of Alabama and Nebraska, 21 in Mississippi and 18 in all other states); 3) have a valid U.S. Social Security or Tax ID number, or have appropriate visa(s) or waiver(s) to legally participate as a contestant on Season 2 of Beast Games; 4 ) have a valid passport good through January 2026 and be able to obtain all necessary passports, visa(s) or waiver(s) to legally participate as a contestant on Season 2 of Beast Games in Canada, Italy, Germany, Mexico, Panama, the United Kingdom, and throughout the Middle East; 5 ) not be a candidate for public office and not intend to run for public office within one year as of July 1, 2026; and 6 ) be free of any obligations (including any personal, family or work demands or responsibilities) and able to travel internationally for up to six (6) consecutive weeks and throughout the duration of the competition which is currently anticipated to be during the period of May to July 2025 (dates are subject to change). Employees (including anyone who has been employed by any of the following entities in the last two (2) years), officers and directors of Sponsor, MrBeastYou T ube, LLC , participating retailers,  and  distributors and their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, fulfillment and marketing agencies (collectively, the “ Sweepstakes Entities ”), and Momentum Showdown, LLC, Trailblazer Events, LLC, YouTube LLC; Enteractive Solutions Group, Inc. dba Sullivan Compliance Company; and Amazon Alternative LLC or any station, platform, services or network owned, controlled and/or operated by Amazon Alternative LLC or any of its parent, subsidiary, or affiliated entities and/or any other station, platform, service, network, or distributor anyone who is involved with the creation, production, administration or judging of Season 2 of Beast Games or any variation thereof and the immediate family members, and/or those living in the same household of each are ineligible to enter the Sweepstakes or receive an award.  Sweepstakes is void where prohibited by law.

HOW TO ENTER:

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY.

There are two (2) ways to enter the Sweepstakes:

1. Feastables Purchase at Retail.   V isit a participating in-store or online retailer (online includes purchases made on Feastables.com and Amazon.com and all other online retailers) and purchase Feastables product(s). Then, during the Sweepstakes Period using your mobile phone, take a photo of your receipt that clearly includes the purchase date, store name/location and eligible Feastables product(s) purchased. Scan the QR code on the Feastables product or visit feastables.com/pages/beast-games-sweepstakes  (“ Sweepstakes Website ”) and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the Sweepstakes online entry form, upload your store receipt photo and submit during the Sweepstakes Period to receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes. Receipts must be dated during the Sweepstakes Period.   You will receive one (1) entry for each individual eligible product purchased and submitted and two (2) entries for each purchase of peanut butter cups, up to a maximum of twenty-four (24) entries per day via this method, regardless of whether such products were purchased individually or as part of a single transaction (for example, if you purchased two (2) Feastables products in a single transaction and on the same day purchased one (1) Feastables product in a separate transaction, you may submit both purchase receipts to be eligible to receive three (3) entries into the Sweepstakes). IMPORTANT NOTE: to be eligible for an entry, receipt photos must be uploaded and submitted by the dates set forth above on the Sweepstakes Website during the Sweepstakes Period . 

2. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY – FREE MAIL IN .   To enter without making a purchase (the “AMOE”), click here:  https://easyscanamoe.com/easyscan/default_en/enter?amoe_key=40odv55det   (the “ AMOE Website ”) and complete the Entry Request (“ Request ”) form in its entirety with your complete name, address, city, state, zip code, e-mail address, daytime phone number (including area code), and date of birth and select the Weekly Entry Period in which you want to enter via the dropdown menu available.  Once the Request form is completed, follow the instructions to print out the form and affix the barcode to a post card with first class postage affixed and mail it to the address provided on the AMOE Website. All Requests must be mailed as set forth herein and received by the Mail-In Received By Date corresponding to the Weekly Entry Period for your Request. Limit one (1) barcode per Request. Each mail-in entry will count as twenty-four (24) entries into the random drawing corresponding to the Weekly Entry Period selected. Limit one (1) Request per day (two (2) on Mondays). Each request must be mailed separately.  No copies, facsimiles or mechanical reproductions will be accepted. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for lost, late, incomplete, stolen, misdirected, illegible or postage due entries or mail.

Limit of twenty-four (24) entries  per person, per day of the Sweepstakes Period, regardless of method of entry.   In no event can you get more than twenty-four (24) entries in a single day.  All entries received from any person that exceed twenty-four (24) entries will be disqualified.  For purposes of these Official Rules, a ‘day’ is defined as any twenty-four (24) hour period during the Sweepstakes Period beginning at 12:00 a.m. C T and ending twenty-four (24) hours later at 1 1:59 p.m. C T.

IMPORTANT NOTE: For entries obtained pursuant to Feastables Purchase at Retail  above, please retain your original Feastables product receipt(s), as such receipt(s) may be required to be presented to the Sponsor, at its sole discretion, as part of the verification procedure outlined below.

All entries must be received in accordance with the deadlines stated herein in order to participate.  The Website’s database clock will be the official timekeeper for online entries in this Sweepstakes.  In the event a dispute regarding the identity of the individual who actually submitted an entry cannot be resolved to Sponsor’s satisfaction, the affected entry will be deemed ineligible.  The Sweepstakes Entities shall not be responsible for incorrect or inaccurate entry information whether caused by Internet users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of the entries in the Sweepstakes.  The Sweepstakes Entities, Momentum Showdown, LLC, Trailblazer Events, LLC, YouTube LLC; Enteractive Solutions Group, Inc. dba Sullivan Compliance Company; and Amazon Alternative LLC or any station, platform, services or network owned, controlled and/or operated by Amazon Alternative LLC or any of its parent, subsidiary, or affiliated entities and/or any other station, platform, service, network, or distributor anyone who is involved with the creation, production, administration or judging of Season 2 of Beast Games or any variation thereof and each of their respective agents, representatives, employees, directors, officers, successors, and assigns (collectively, the “ Released Parties ”) assume no responsibility or liability for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, theft or destruction, or unauthorized access to, or alteration of entries.  

POTENTIAL CONTESTANT SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION:   On or about each of the dates indicated in the chart above, the number of potential contestants associated with the corresponding drawing will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received in accordance with the deadlines associated with the corresponding Weekly Entry Period.  The potential contestants will be notified by phone and/or e-mail, using contact information provided or collected at the time of entry. Potential contestants will be required to execute, have notarized and return an affidavit, a liability release, and, where lawful, a publicity release, within seventy-two  ( 72 ) hours from time of initial notification from Sponsor (or shorter time if required by exigencies and as communicated by the Sponsor). If such documents are not returned within the specified time-period, notification is returned as undeliverable, Sponsor is unable to contact a potential contestant, or a potential contestant is not in compliance with these Official Rules, the ability to be named a potential contestant will be forfeited and, at Sponsor’s discretion, an alternate potential contestant may be selected. Sponsor and all other Released Parties shall have no liability for any potential contestant notification that is lost, intercepted or not received for any reason.  If a potential contestant is found to be ineligible, or if they have not complied with these Official Rules or decline the award for any reason, such potential contestant will be disqualified and an alternate potential contestant may be selected, time permitting and at the sole discretion of Sponsor.   The odds of being selected as a potential contestant depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the corresponding Weekly Entry Period.

POTENTIAL CONTESTANTS:  

Fifty (50) contestant spots are available, which consists of being named as a potential contestant to appear on Season 2 of Beast Games.  Participation on Season 2 of Beast Games is contingent on potential contestant being available throughout the Beast Games filming window executing and satisfying all terms of, the Beast Games Contestant Agreement and Release (the “ Contestant Agreement ”), including, without limitation, submitting to an investigation of each potential contestant’s medical and/or psychological status, criminal history (if any) and/or personal and/or professional background.  Should any potential contestant not execute the Contestant Agreement or is unable to meet any of the requirements contained therein, they will be disqualified and unable to be a contestant and participate in Season 2 of Beast Games.  There is no retail value associated with appearing as a contestant on Season 2 of Beast Games.

In the event Season 2 of Beast Games does not take place for any reason, a potential contestant who has met all eligibility requirements set forth herein will have the opportunity to participate in a separate MrBeast contest (a "Challenge") filmed for the MrBeast YouTube channel to compete for a chance to win prizes, with the prize, filming date(s) and other elements of the  Challenge  determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.  By entering this Sweepstakes, you acknowledge and agree that additional details of such Challenge  will be provided prior to filming the Challenge and you agree to be bound by, and act in full accordance, therewith.

No warranty or guarantee, either express or implied is provided by Sponsor. Potential contestants may not substitute, assign or transfer the contestant opportunity. Released Parties accept no obligation or liability whatsoever in respect of any decision regarding the subsequent distribution, allocation, use or misuse of any contestant opportunity.

GENERAL:   To be named a potential contestant, you must grant permission for Sponsor and its designees to use your name, photograph, voice, biographical information, statements and address (city and state) and any other likeness for advertising and/or publicity purposes worldwide and in all forms of media now known or hereafter developed, in perpetuity, without further notice or compensation for purposes of publicizing the Sweepstakes.  Entrants agree that the Released Parties to the extent permissible by law (A) shall not be responsible or liable for, and are hereby released from, any and all costs, injuries, losses or damages of any kind, including, without limitation, death and bodily injury, due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, to participation in the Sweepstakes or any Sweepstakes-related activity, including the vetting of potential contestants therein.  Furthermore, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, entrants and potential contestants hereby unconditionally and irrevocably release and forever discharge, Released Parties from any and all claims, actions, damages, losses, costs, and expenses of any kind (including, without limitation, attorneys’ fees), judgments, orders and liabilities of whatever kind or nature in law, equity or otherwise, whether now known or unknown, suspected or unsuspected, and whether or not based on concealed, hidden or unperceived facts, arising out of, resulting from, or by reason of, their participation on or in connection with Season 2 of Beast Games, including, without limitation, their participation in Season 2 of Beast Games, any travel they may undertake in connection with their participation in Beast Games, any exploitation of Season 2 of Beast Games or their appearance on Season 2 of Beast Games, the failure to be selected as a contestant on Season 2 of Beast Games for any reason, the cancellation of Season 2 of Beast Games, any use of any prize or gift awarded on Season 2 of Beast Games , or the use, misuse or possession of any prize or gift awarded on   Season 2 of Beast Games , if any, and/or any taxes or other obligations that may be incurred as a result of participation in Season 2 of Beast Games.  

Released Parties are not responsible for incomplete, illegible, misdirected, misprinted, late, lost, damaged, or stolen entries or award notifications; or for lost, interrupted, inaccessible or unavailable networks, servers, satellites, Internet service providers, websites, or other connections; or for miscommunications, failed, jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected computer, telephone or cable transmissions; or for any technical malfunctions, failures, difficulties or other errors of any kind or nature; or for the incorrect or inaccurate capture of information, or the failure to capture any information.  Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who is found to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes, to be acting in violation of these Official Rules, or to be acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with the intent to disrupt or undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes, or to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person, and Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages and other remedies from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law.  No mechanically reproduced, illegible, incomplete, forged, software-generated or other automated multiple entries will be accepted.  Sponsor reserves the right to modify, extend, suspend, or terminate the Sweepstakes if it determines, in its sole discretion, that the Sweepstakes is technically impaired or corrupted or that fraud or technical problems, failures or malfunctions or other causes beyond Sponsor’s control have destroyed or severely undermined or to any degree impaired the integrity, administration, security, proper play and/or feasibility of the Sweepstakes as contemplated herein. In the event Sponsor is prevented from providing a potential contestant spot  or continuing with the Sweepstakes as contemplated herein by any event beyond its control, Sponsor shall have the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Sweepstakes.  If the Sweepstakes is terminated before the designated end date, Sponsor will (if possible) select potential contestants in a random drawing from all eligible, non-suspect entries received as of the date of the event giving rise to the termination.  Inclusion in such drawing shall be each entrant’s sole and exclusive remedy under such circumstances.  These Official Rules cannot be modified or amended in any way except in a written document issued by a duly authorized representative of Sponsor.  The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Official Rules shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision.  In the event that any provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, these Official Rules shall otherwise remain in effect and shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein.

All entries, receipts, mail-in entries, entrants and Sweepstakes-related information submitted are subject to verification at any time and for any reason. The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to require proof of purchase, identity and/or eligibility (in a form acceptable to the Sponsor – including, without limitation, government issued photo identification): (i) for the purposes of verifying an entrant’s eligibility to participate in this Sweepstakes; (ii) for the purposes of verifying the eligibility and/or legitimacy of any entry, receipt photo, mail-in entry and/or other information entered (or purportedly entered) for the purposes of this Sweepstakes; and/or (iii) for any other reason Sponsor deems necessary, in its sole and absolute discretion, for the purposes of administering this Sweepstakes in accordance with the letter and spirit of these Official Rules. Failure to provide such proof to the complete satisfaction of the Sponsor within the timeline specified by the Sponsor may result in disqualification in the sole and absolute discretion of the Sponsor.

By entering this Sweepstakes, each entrant expressly consents to the Sponsor, its agents and/or representatives, storing, sharing and using the personal information submitted only for the purpose of administering the Sweepstakes and in accordance with the Sponsor’s privacy policy (available at: www.feastables.com/policies/privacy-policy ). This section does not limit any other consent(s) that an individual may provide the Sponsor or others in relation to the collection, use and/or disclosure of their personal information.

 

GOVERNING LAW:  To the fullest extent permitted by law, all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules or the rights and obligations of entrants or Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the internal laws of the State of Illinois, USA without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions that would cause the application of any other state’s laws.  Jurisdiction and venue for all disputes pertaining to the Sweepstakes shall be brought in Cook County, Illinois.

BY ENTERING THE SWEEPSTAKES, ENTRANT AGREES THAT TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW: (A) ANY AND ALL DISPUTES, CLAIMS AND CAUSES OF ACTION ARISING OUT OF OR CONNECTED WITH THE SWEEPSTAKES, OR ANY AWARD, WILL BE RESOLVED INDIVIDUALLY, WITHOUT RESORT TO ANY FORM OF CLASS ACTION; (B) ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, JUDGMENTS AND AWARDS WILL BE LIMITED TO ACTUAL THIRD-PARTY, OUT-OF-POCKET COSTS INCURRED (IF ANY) NOT TO EXCEED TEN DOLLARS ($10.00), BUT IN NO EVENT WILL ATTORNEYS’ FEES BE AWARDED OR RECOVERABLE; (C) UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL ANY ENTRANT BE PERMITTED TO OBTAIN ANY AWARD FOR, AND ENTRANT HEREBY KNOWINGLY AND EXPRESSLY WAIVES ALL RIGHTS TO SEEK, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR SPECIAL DAMAGES, LOST PROFITS AND/OR ANY OTHER DAMAGES, OTHER THAN ACTUAL OUT OF POCKET EXPENSES NOT TO EXCEED TEN DOLLARS ($10.00), AND/OR ANY RIGHTS TO HAVE DAMAGES MULTIPLIED OR OTHERWISE INCREASED; AND (D) ENTRANTS’ REMEDIES ARE LIMITED TO A CLAIM FOR MONEY DAMAGES (IF ANY) AND ENTRANT IRREVOCABLY WAIVES ANY RIGHT TO SEEK INJUNCTIVE OR EQUITABLE RELIEF.  SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
